When you work with us, you’re getting great kit and a dedicated, experienced team behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. Our technical support isn’t just about cables and buttons (although we do love those!), It’s about giving you confidence that your event will sound, look, and feel exactly how you imagined it.

Pre-event rehearsals

We’ll run full rehearsals with your presenters and hosts so they know what to expect and can get comfortable with microphones, slides, lighting, and any video content. It’s a great chance to iron out any last-minute changes and make sure everyone feels prepared.

Sound support

From clear speeches to crisp background music and perfectly balanced panel discussions, we manage all sound levels throughout your event. Professional, clean audio so everyone can hear what matters.

Visual support

We’ll look after everything on screen, whether it’s presentation slides, videos, or live camera feeds. If something unexpected happens (because sometimes it does), we’ve always got a backup plan ready.

Backup systems

We believe in being ready for anything. That’s why we have backup sound systems, screens, and presentations on standby,  just in case. It means your event can carry on without a hitch, no matter what.
