How to choose the right venue for your event
Choosing the right venue isn’t just about how many people it holds or whether it’s easy to get to. It’s about how that space works
the conference works
What started over 40 years ago as a small, passionate team providing sound and lighting for local events has grown into one of the UK’s most trusted audio visual and event production companies, delivering conferences, awards, exhibitions, and virtual events across the country and beyond.
We know how important it is for events to run smoothly, feel effortless, and leave a lasting impression. That’s why we pour our creativity, technical expertise, and genuine care into every event we deliver. We handle every element behind the scenes so you can focus on your audience and enjoy the moment.
While the technology has changed over the decades, our ethos hasn’t. We’ve supported clients across the UK and Europe, building long-standing partnerships along the way. Our experienced team combines technical skill with fresh thinking, working alongside you as trusted collaborators, problem-solvers, and calm, capable hands when it matters most.
It’s not just about ticking boxes, it’s about creating spaces where every person feels welcome, comfortable, and able to take part fully.
We work closely with organisers to understand their guests’ needs and build in smart, supportive features like hearing loop systems, mobile hearing apps, ramps, live captioning, and adjustable sound and lighting levels. It’s about making sure everyone is included, whether they’re on stage, in the audience, or watching remotely.
We’re also learning all the time when it comes to supporting neurodiverse audiences. That could mean setting up quieter breakout areas, offering dimmable lighting, adding clear, simple signage, or making sure presentations aren’t overloaded with flashing visuals and too much noise.
It’s not a one-off task for us; it’s something we build into every event we deliver. We are actively asking for feedback, looking for new ways to improve, and adjusting wherever needed.
Because great events are about what people see and hear, and how they feel when they’re there.
We believe great events shouldn’t cost the earth. Sustainability isn’t a bolt-on for us, it’s part of how we work, from the kit we use to the people we partner with.
Our tree planting promise
In September 2024, we kicked off a simple idea: plant a tree for every event we deliver. It’s a small, hands-on way to give something back.
Our first trees are growing at:
Lodge Castle Wood in Cumbria, a 26-acre community woodland supporting local wildlife.
Snitterfield Bushes Nature Reserve, Warwickshire, a brilliant spot for wildflowers, birds, and butterflies.
