Exhibiting at @CHS Birmingham was such an exciting experience for us!
It was about so much more than just setting up our stand and handing out flyers. As a leading exhibition that brings together agencies, venues, and associations, we saw it as a fantastic opportunity to showcase the impact of professional AV solutions and share what we do best.
As audio-visual and production specialists, we were excited to do what we love: create energy, spark curiosity, and demonstrate how AV transforms any environment.
Let’s be honest — exhibitions are often filled with delicious cakes, sweets, exciting giveaways, and prize draws. We love them too! But we wondered: what truly grabs delegates’ attention? Our answer: sound, light, and a bit of fun.
We wanted to highlight how sound, lighting, and visual effects can truly captivate people and leave them in awe.
Not a sweet treat… a Disco TARDIS!
Instead of the usual bowl of chocolates, we brought something really special to the show floor: ‘The Boogie Box’. Complete with its own mirror ball, flashing lights, and feel-good music (including one of our director’s favourites, ‘The Spice Girls’ 🎶).
Why? Because great AV captures people’s attention. We all have a natural fascination with light, sound, and movement, and it’s wonderful how they draw us in.
AV tailored for every event
CHS Birmingham was a wonderful opportunity for us to share our belief that audio-visual solutions should always be tailored to:
- The size of your space
- The environment
- The audience and the atmosphere you want to create
Our stand wasn’t about excess; it was about the right AV solutions used creatively. The lighting was thoughtfully balanced, and the sound was controlled. The setup complemented the space perfectly. It showed that whether it’s a conference, exhibition, awards night, or corporate event, AV should enhance the experience and make it memorable, not overpower it.
It also highlights why many agencies and associations are now turning to external AV providers — for access to expertise, creative ideas, and top-notch professional equipment — everything they need without being limited to in-house solutions.

What truly made the event memorable were the incredible reactions. Instead of merely walking past, people actively engaged. They laughed, they danced, captured photos, and really soaked in the experience. That’s the power of professional audio-visual production done right.
