The Conference Works have been our AV supplier for many years now, not only for full AV support but also filming and editing of various conference sessions. I prefer having the team on-site so I don’t have to worry about the AV side of things allowing me to concentrate on the delegates and event management. The technicians always work to provide on-site solutions should any issues arise.

We have worked with The Conference Works Team for 7 years now. We host 2 events a year where the team work quietly and efficiently on our seminar areas and support our exhibitors with all their AV requirements. Not only have The Conference Works provided ongoing AV support along with experienced reliable technicians, they really have also saved us a lot of money whilst still providing an exceptional service.

For our annual conference having reliable technical set-up an on-site  AV support is invaluable and Conference Works always go the full distance to ensure the client is happy. Nothing is too much trouble. They go a long way in helping our speakers feel relaxed and confident in readiness for their presentations and award ceremonies.

Always great service from Martin and the team at The Conference Works.  I have used some challenging venues with very specific access requirements before and Conference Works have consistently been flexible in their approach, no job is too big or too small.  Conference Works are always open to new ideas and manage to come in budget.  Excellent team with good quality equipment.  I would highly recommend.

The Conference Works provided a great service whilst working on the East Midlands Chamber Business Awards. They were friendly and easy to communicate with in the lead up to the events. The team worked well with the brief, and the staging set looked fantastic. A really positive experience and look forward to working with everyone again!
