On meeting Katrina & Martin at the event, we were instantly sold that The Conference Works could deliver an event that would be memorable and, we were not disappointed. The attention to detail to ensure we had the best Awards Dinner, was brilliant. Bespoke screen builds, fantastic and very helpful staff on-site and after service has made us the customer feeling very special and supported. The Conference Works have been our AV supplier for many years now, not only for full AV support but also filming and editing of various conference sessions. I prefer having the team on-site so I don’t have to worry about the AV side of things allowing me to concentrate on the delegates and event management. The technicians always work to provide on-site solutions should any issues arise. A recent example was at our AC2018 conference when one of our delegates couldn’t attend in person (a last minute change) but she was happy to present via Skype. Martin liaised with her directly and set this up, resulting in a stress free situation for us and the delegate.
